'Dough Maestro's Pizzeria started with an ambitious goal: to deliver real Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our pizza shop was initially a quaint, family-operated venue boasting ancestral recipes passed down through the ages.
Marco Rossi, our patriarch, acquired the pizza-crafting skill during her Italian voyages, apprenticing with celebrated pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. When she came back to the UK, her mission was to replicate the essence of genuine Italian pizza, employing classic techniques and the best ingredients.
What started as a humble 12-seat pizza parlor has now flourished into a treasured neighborhood gem, yet our pledge to excellence and genuineness remains intact. We continue to utilize traditional wood-fired ovens, produce our dough from scratch every day, and choose only the finest ingredients available.
Currently, 'Dough Maestro's Pizzeria is still in the hands of the Rossi family, with the next generation taking the helm of our dedicated crew. While we have adopted certain contemporary advancements, the core of our enterprise stays unchanged: conjuring delicious, bona fide pizza to unite people.
